At Ellie Seattle, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our Seattle warehouse.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
